If superheroes wore white coats, Nurse A would be leading the Justice League of Medicine. She actually listens (yes, really), explains things in plain English, and makes you feel like the most important patient of the day. She’s not just smart—she’s approachable, kind, and even funny, which makes the whole “going to the doctor” thing surprisingly pleasant. Instead of rushing, she takes time, answers every question (even the ones from my “WebMD panic list”), and does it with genuine care.
