Hi I'm Cecilia. My passion is helping others take control of their health and lifestyle in a positive way! I work full time in maternal, infant and child nutrition and offer individual counseling sessions on the evenings and weekends. In my private practice I work with individuals at any stage of life. Having a healthy diet and lifestyle doesn't have to be so difficult. I can help you find simple solutions to having a healthier diet that are achievable. I don't do fad diets and I believe all foods can fit in a healthy way. I do not accept insurance at this time. I am a Cornell University graduate and completed my clinical practice hours at the University of Rochester Medical Center in a variety of practice areas. I've worked in community nutrition for 5 years over the span of my career.
