About Dr. Cesar Palana

Dr. Palana offers comprehensive medical care and individualized services, utilizing evidence-based knowledge and clinical expertise for diagnosis and treatment across the spectrum from health to complex chronic medical illness. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Hawai‘i. Additionally, Dr. Palana is an advocate for the LGBTQ community and enjoys mentoring and educating medical students. Born in Manila, Philippines, and having immigrated to the United States as a child, he values sharing his experiences and knowledge gained through his life and schooling to guide and inspire students to excel in their own careers. In his free time, Dr. Palana loves spending time with his family, which includes two fur-babies, Hamilton and Goose. A Netflix binge with some Reese’s chocolates is his idea of rest and relaxation. During your visit, you may hear some of his favorite music, ranging from EDM and the ’80s to Frank Sinatra.
