Chandler Collins, DNP, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in evidence-based primary care and chronic disease management.

Dr. Collins listened to every concern with care and patience. He took the time to understand the full picture and offered clear treatment plans right away. His bedside manner stood out most. Even through a telehealth visit, the conversation felt personal and attentive, like sitting in the office together.

There was a potential delay in Rx with the pharmacy and he called and made sure I was able to go to a different pharmacy for the RX. Very happy with the service I received today.

If you are looking for a doctor that is willing to listen and truly help then you need to book with Dr. Collins. I have seen many doctors over the years and he is one of the few that took the time to listen to the entire picture and not just one part of the puzzle. He did not disregard my input and truly seems to care not only about the current problem but my overall well being. Super fast in communication on things that have come up and that is unheard of in my experience with doctors. I truly cannot recommend him enough and am so grateful to have found him as a primary care.
