The doctor himself is fine — but the nurse/staff there are not very professional and friendly. They were chatting, gossiping and laughing loudly the whole time i was there.

Dr. Chen answered all of my questions patiently and clearly. The receptionist and nurse were also kind and handled things quickly. I was able to address what I needed, access charts afterwards, and felt very comfortable overall. Would gladly come again.

Everyone was so nice from the start. I arrived a little early and they guessed my name before I provided it to them (the woman at the front desk was so sweet!). I was taken in right away and the medical assistant was super friendly and nice. Dr Chao Chen was so professional and friendly. Great experience for an annual check-up! Highly recommended.
