About Dr. Charlene Scheim
Dr. Charley Scheim isn’t the kind of physician who rushes through appointments. She takes the time to truly listen, to understand, and to fully show up for the people she cares for. With over 20 years of experience in neurology and chronic pain management, she has helped countless patients across South Florida find greater comfort and improved quality of life. Dr.Scheim earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in 2001 from the Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida in June 1996. She is certified by the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners and has held her medical license since June 2005. Throughout her career, Dr. Scheim has focused on treating neurological conditions and chronic pain disorders with a patient-centered approach. She believes effective care begins with careful listening and a thorough understanding of each patient’s history, symptoms, and goals. Her osteopathic training emphasizes a holistic perspective considering how the body’s systems work together to influence health and recovery. My doctor is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and cared for. They take their time to really listen and make sure you understand everything about your health. I never feel rushed, and they always make sure all my questions are answered.
It's rare to find a doctor who is both knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate, but this doctor truly cares about their patients. I’m very grateful to have them as my provider and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality medical care.

Dr. Scheim is a fantastic provider. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and truly knows what she’s doing. She takes her time with patients and really makes sure that you understand everything about your care while also taking the time to fully understand your situation. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and finding the best treatment options. On top of that, she’s very friendly and easy to talk to, which makes appointments much more comfortable.
