I would describe the visit as informative and very based on my care. The bedside matter is immaculate, with the provider taking time to assess and talk through options. He does not seem to rush and is very thorough. Most of the office staff and nurses are very sweet and friendly as well.

The staff was excellent all except the young girl at the desk when I first walked in. She was blonde and had glasses. She had a very unpleasant attitude as if she didn’t want to be bothered. Her older counterpart however was wonderful as well as everyone else in the office.

First time meeting Dr. Mitchell. He was awesome! Great bedside manner & knowledgeable about my problem. He gave me his thoughts & recommendations for what to do. Also, based on my decision, he explained next action steps & what to expect for the future treatment plan. The staff was great too!

Dr. Mitchell was extremely thorough in the exam. He took his time and answered all my questions. He was very kind and calm. His bedside manner was excellent. During the exam there was a female nurse in the room and she was kind and attentive as well. I was seen right on time and the office was clean and beautiful. Very friendly front desk staff as well. This place is definitely 10/10. I will be establishing Dr. Mitchell as my yearly dermatologist! Finally found one I adore!

Dr. Mitchell was very kind, professional and personable. I liked him. The office staff was a bit different. Not rude, just not very friendly or welcoming. I came out of the room with no one there to direct me where to go or tell me where to checkout — so I just had to wander around until I found it myself. Overall I’ve had much worse experiences so I would definitely recommend Dr. Mitchell to others.

One of the few offices where I felt like a valued patient with a competent doctor who genuinely cared.
