Provider told me to do labs and when I came back they were not in the system. Waited to see the provider for about 45 min after being roomed. (This was a scheduled appointment too)

First and foremost the staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The doctor was very professional, makes appropriate recommendations and listened to one's complaints and addresses them which is what a doctor should do.
