“I LOVED this doctors office. The staff was super nice and friendly. I told them I had anxiety about going to the doctor and they immediately reassured me and put me at ease. The only thing was issue I had was booking the appointment. I booked over the weekend and never received a confirmation so I called the office and they had not gotten my booking. HOWEVER, the were able to book me an appointment for the same day at a different time when I called and were very apologetic about the mix up. Highly recommend this office. ”

Just extremely rushed. No conversation, no real interest in anything. I think I saw him for a grand total of 3 minutes. I likely won't be back. Overall clean office, got in quickly. So if you literally just want someone to look at you, point out a few things, scribble on paper, then leave, then he's your guy. If you're looking for him to likely even know your name, probably not.

They cancelled my initial appointment because they “needed approval from insurance” - which they didn’t, and when I called and let them know we rescheduled. The office was nice, decorated for holidays, and reception and nurses were very friendly.
They saw me as quick as I came in but the doctor was prickly and rushed and I felt he talked down to me. I’m going to continue to see him because I’m desperate to fix my problems, but I wasn’t thrilled with my first appointment

First of the office is immaculate and warm/ inviting. They will check you in right away and give you clear instruction on the process. The nurses take you to the room and ask you all the important questions to get an understanding of the reason for the visit.

The office called me to confirm my appointment after I booked on Zocdoc. However, the time and provider was different from that on Zocdoc so I had to call them back and reschedule accordingly. Other than that, decent experience so far!

Great experience with the doctor... once they send me the right one. First they sent in a different doctor that I hadn't booked. But they resolved the mix up quickly. He was clear, efficient and pleasant, will go again. The office is very nice.

Great first visit! Dr. Vainder was very patient and thorough. He listened to and addressed all of my concerns. My hope is that his suggestions work over the next couple months. Regardless, it was a wonderful office visit and everything that you could hope for from your Derm.

As a new patient, I was emailed a link to the practice's web portal the day before my appointment. I filled out the information requested on the portal, which included the normal demographic, medical history, medication, and family history information. I arrived at the office 15 minutes in advance. The office was very modern and had tablets on which to read and sign the new patient paperwork. I waited until ten minutes after my appointment and was shown into an exam room. The medical assistant asked me some questions, and then the doctor came in. I only went in for an initial skin check, so the exam took about twenty minutes. The doctor, assistant and I were all wearing masks, except during the time when the doctor was checking the skin under my beard, which I hadn't even thought about. He discussed with me what changes and new things I should be looking for on a monthly basis, and then I opted to schedule another appointment.
