I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master's degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from the University of Colorado. My goal is focused on empowering individuals and helping them navigate the complexities of life. I believe in building partnerships and creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment. I'm especially committed to providing compassionate, holistic care that is patient-centered and based on your unique needs and concerns.
I specialize in providing mental health treatment across the lifespan through psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and brief psychotherapy. While medication can be beneficial in many cases, I truly believe the best approach to treatment also includes a combination of lifestyle modifications, therapy, and assessing social support systems.
I look forward to working together to restore balance to your life and create a positive foundation for your overall mental health and wellness!
