My focus areas include the diagnosis and treatment of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and ADHD. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. My goal is to meet you where you are, at your pace, and help you move forward with clarity and confidence. I emphasize empathy, active listening, and open dialogue, while also providing honest, clinically sound feedback and guidance. I believe that the management of physical health is deeply interconnected with emotional and mental wellness, and vice versa. This connection is what inspired me to pursue a path in mental health care. Each individual is unique, and that uniqueness calls for a deeper understanding of ourselves.
