Very good experience overall. From the check-in, to meeting with the attending nurse as well as the nurse practitioner and the physician herself, they each took the time to enter my information from their questions and answered my questions and concerns.

Dr. Fournier was very warm and a wonderful listener. She asked for my pronouns and asked other questions to ensure that I felt seen and comfortable during my appointment. I was able to share vulnerable concerns and have them be received with compassion.

The doctor was really nice and easy to talk to. I’ve struggled to find a good primary care doctor, but she made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her!

Dr. Fournier was very methodical about her approach to me as a new patient, making sure we discussed history, current needs, and so on. She wasn’t robotic, though, far from it! She listened well, helped me prioritize and find specialist resources as appropriate.
I definitely would recommend Dr. Fournier if you’re looking for a primary physician who is considerate, helpful and willing to genuinely invest time and effort in your care. She seems to be a solid doctor and understand the significance of her role in the bigger picture of patient care.
I will be going back for my routine care. My only critique is that I wish the office staff would slow down a bit, particularly the MA. I had to go back over certain items because I felt rushed; and both myself and the staff forgot things.

The office is in a mall which I didn’t like at first, but it’s kind of a nice excuse to treat yourself after a doctor visit. Dr. Chelsea was so friendly and listened well and offered solutions. I was worried I might be too much on my first appointment but she made me feel comfortable and safe telling her all my symptoms. I liked that she even scheduled a 3 month follow up - it made me feel like she cares.
