About Chelsea Lopez
Chelsea is a Family Nurse Practitioner who was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Concordia University in 2015 and later completed her Master’s in Family Health Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington. While studying, she also worked as a Cardiovascular/Stepdown Intermediate Care Nurse and Charge Nurse at Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin for six years.
Chelsea has a strong passion for providing safe and excellent care to her patients. Her primary goal is to help them learn, heal, and feel their best during all stages of life. Outside of work, she enjoys being active outdoors, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her boxer dog, Zeus.

Ms. Lopez was kind, supportive, listened intently, evaluated & made changes as appropriate in protocol.
The office staff was helpful, supportive & very kind. I was actually scheduled & became ill on my way to the office. We attempted a video call appt; but due to technological issues, I rescheduled. The office staff & Ms. Lopez were supportive & extended grace.
Overall, as my previous appointment, I would highly recommend Ms. Lopez to friends & family.

Her sense of humility and understanding was beyond what any provider has demonstrated, even when it comes to supposed "specialists' that I've seen act very arrogantly and dismissively towards my condition, she was so receptive and when it came to the topic of helping me get through this ADA/FMLA process, not only did she show high initiative and alacrity, she was already brainstorming and establishing the next steps regarding the process, giving me the impression that she has a broad knowledge of all things in her field even down to specialized, rare conditions such as mine!!!

I came in for an appointment while in serious pain, hoping for some help. Instead, I was treated with shocking rudeness by both front desk staff. They were completely unfriendly, showed no empathy, and made the experience even more stressful.
They insisted on getting my Social Security number and credit card before anything else — with a very pushy attitude. Then, to top it off, they broke my insurance card while handling it carelessly. Because of how uncomfortable and disrespected I felt, I ended up canceling my appointment and leaving.
Healthcare starts with basic decency. Unfortunately, this office failed at that from the moment I walked in.

Really liked how the doctor actively listening to my situation to fully try to understand it before making any recommendations. ++ what I liked was how she leaned towards natural/no meds approach first to mitigate before leaving the meds as a backup in case that didn’t work. My experience with this doctor was great. She asked me a lot of questions to get to know my medical history. I felt comfortable and was seen immediately. The staff in the waiting room were very hospitable, and I really appreciated that there was a lab in office. No extra trips and it made it super easy for me.

This office is amazing, the people and the cleanliness. The Doctor is heaven sent for me, I drive 30mins to come to this location. She listens, she’s gentle, she’s light hearted and informative! I was so nervous due to life, youth and travel I hadn’t been to the doctor in 9 years, but Chelsea took that all away. If you want to be treated as a human and not another patient this is the place to come. ?
