Getting to know Chelsey Scott
Welcome! I'm Chelsey, a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC); now accepting new clients. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals facing depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other mood and anxiety disorders. I also work with children ages 6+ experiencing behavioral challenges and learning disabilities. My goal is to create a supportive environment where each client feels heard, understood, and empowered in their mental health journey.
I offer comprehensive evaluation's, diagnosis, and medication management for children, adolescence, and adults. My approach combines evidence based treatment with compassionate, patient centered care to help each person achieve lasting mental and emotional well-being.
