I felt that the interaction was judgmental, and I did not feel heard regarding my concerns. I also found the approach lacking professionalism and sympathy, which made it difficult to discuss possible solutions effectively. I believe that a more understanding and patient approach would greatly improve the experience for future patients. I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be considered moving forward.
