She even noticed right away that my face was still swollen, which showed me that she was paying attention even through a virtual visit.
I never felt rushed, and I felt comfortable explaining what I had been experiencing. For my second experience using Zocdoc and seeing a doctor online, I was very pleased with how everything went. Waited more than 45 minutes and I had to call the office to let them know I had been waiting. The Dr didn’t even help me with my issue, seemed very rushed and brushed off.
