Before I left the office, every referral we discussed had been made, and my prescription was submitted as I was leaving. She even picked up where other doctors had dropped the ball.
The attentiveness, efficiency, and follow-through were incredible. I joked that I feel like I have concierge service. ?? But more importantly, I left feeling seen.

I never got a chance to see the Dr, I can't rate her. I can absolutely rate the front desk and waiting room. I came early, like they requested because I was a new patient. I went to the desk where there was no line and stood there for a solid 2 minutes before the 2 people at the desk even said hello. The gentleman asked if he could help, I said I was a new patient, he then tells me the other woman....who still hasn't even said hello,could assist. She prints my forms and I missed a couple of things so I fill them out. She has all my forms, ID, and insurance info. I waited for 25 minutes in a waiting room with a woman speaking loudly on speaker phone and no updates from the staff behind the counter. Once I realized I'd been in the waiting area for 35 minutes with no acknowledgement, I asked them to cancel and I left. The gentleman comes running down the hall asking me "Hi, what's your name again?" OK, but they have a copy of my ID, insurance and all the forms she just printed. Weird
