The office had canceled my appointment and my daughter's appointment. Yet, they never contacted us after filling in all of the lengthy paperwork. To then, tell us that although the appointment was through Telehealth, that the doctor was over 100 miles from the pharmacy, so she couldn't order medication due to the distance.

Scheduling is hell on earth. I didn’t even get to see the doctor due to their scheduling issues even after paying the co pay. As someone in a mental health crisis, this experience made it worst.
