I take a personalized, integrative approach to mental health that looks beyond symptoms to uncover the underlying causes. I believe effective care considers factors like lifestyle, trauma, and overall well-being.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I offer telehealth-based integrative psychiatric care. My approach focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of mental health concerns, blending traditional and holistic methods to support long-term wellness. I am currently enrolled in functional psychiatry fellowship to better serve my clients.
