Super friendly staff. I was seen for my appointment right away with no wait time. The doctor listen to my concerns and address the issue. My 1st time doing acupuncture. Very great experience. Doctor explained what he was doing. Will be returning back.

It was my first time at this location, and it was worth the 30 min drive. The office is clean, and the doctor was very tentative and professional.

Nice and clean office. This was the first time for Accupuncture that he did not put needles in other, balancing pressure points. I asked him about this and he said no just wear. It hurts. After two treatments I was actually in more pain and I’ve been having acupuncture for serious back issues for 15 years without fail.

Dr. Kim is truly exceptional. He's deeply invested in his patients and he is a great listener with excellent bedside manners. After seeing him for pain in my sacral bone and feet, I felt marvelous. Truly I was flabbergasted ?I was initially skeptical about acupuncture, but now I’m a believer. I highly recommend his services. Truly I was flabbergasted. I will continue to see him as long as possible to improve my QoL.

This provider was excellent! The office staff was nice but if you have No-fault they won't just take your claim number they also have to speak to a live agent to verify the claim is active. So just make an early appointment and make sure you can get the adjuster or someone from the insurance on the line. I would definitely recommend!

The doctor was amazing! I feel much better after my visit. The office staff was somewhat welcoming; they weren’t well versed as far as my insurance coverage. Finally, they gave me various consultation fees that they were unsure of.

Friendly efficient staff in a nice office. Acupuncturist Chong Koo Kim was excellent. He takes time to listen and understand the needs of the patient. Nothing is hurried.
He is very skilled with treatment which has led to positive results, so far.

Very detailed questions and listened closely. The bedside manner was fabulous and consistently checked on comfort level. While this wasn't my first time with acupuncture it has by far been one of my most effective. It has now been over a month of treatments and I have seen improvements in my mobility and pain. You just have to be consistent but there will be absolutely no regrets!

Great communication and excellent listener. Checked on me several times during the treatment to make sure I was comfortable and warm as well as provided suggestions and education into my problem areas. The facility is super clean and with plenty of street parking. I am so happy with the care and after three sessions am already seeing results!
