I’m Dr. Christina Bulleit, a board-certified psychiatrist providing compassionate, evidence-based care for adults. I treat a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders, with a special interest in women’s mental health and reproductive/perinatal psychiatry.
Rooted in my family’s heritage from Ikaria—one of the world’s Blue Zones—I value balanced living, community, nourishment, and natural movement. I integrate these principles into care to support both symptom improvement and improve quality of life.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I value open conversations with my clients and will dive into how lifestyle is impacting your mental health. I use evidence based medicine in combination with therapy to help my clients build resilience and function at their full potential.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
During our sessions, we’ll take time to review your history, explore your experiences, and begin to understand how they shape your life today. We’ll also discuss your goals and aspirations for the future. By the end of the session, I’ll share my initial impressions regarding diagnosis and outline a personalized treatment plan. I integrate therapy, evidence-based medication management, and lifestyle guidance to give my clients the best chance for meaningful progress and to help them feel stronger and more supported in carrying their mental load.
