Christina Kozar D.O. is an Assistant Professor for Pediatrics at VCOM. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her traditional rotating Osteopathic internship at Doctors Hospital of Stark County in 1998. Dr. Kozar also completed her Pediatric Residency at Children’s Hospital Medical Center of Akron in 2001. She specializes in preventive health and enjoys watching her patients grow up and meet their developmental milestones. Dr. Kozar feels it is an honor to guide parents and children through their trials and tribulations. She truly cares about each one of her patients and loves forming relationships with them. A native of Bay Village, OH, Dr. Kozar enjoys the beauty of the mountains in this area, and she loves to volunteer in the community. Outside of the office, she can be found spending time outside with her family hiking, biking, swimming or paddleboarding.
