About Dr. Christina Lam

Christina Lam, MD is dermatologist at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and an assistant professor of Dermatology at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. After receiving her medical degree from McGill University, Dr. Lam completed her dermatology residency at University of Montreal and her fellowship in Dermatology-Rheumatology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Dr. Lam’s clinical and research interests focus on connective tissue disease, cutaneous lupus, dermatomyositis, vasculitis, morphea, systemic sclerosis/scleroderma, sarcoidosis, and medical dermatology. She currently leads a subspecialty Rheumatologic Dermatology Clinic at Boston Medical Center, in which individualized and advanced therapies are coordinated for these challenging diseases.

Really took a lot of time with me to discuss issues and options.
I was charged an unconscionable amount of money for a 20 minute visit where I was told given a prescription I already had and told to buy a lotion from Sephora… basically not worth my time and one of the most expensive appointments I’ve ever been to.
