These experiences showed her the profound impact compassionate support can have and strengthened her desire to understand people beyond what is visible on the surface. Christina's approach is collaborative, individualized, and evidence-based. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) while considering each client's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. She works to help clients develop healthier coping skills, build confidence, and recognize that they do not have to navigate challenges alone. Outside of work, Christina enjoys family time, her pets, working out, cooking, movies, walks in the park, discovering new restaurants, reading, and continually learning.
