Beyond medicine, Dr. Harrington practices most of what she preaches and enjoys running, biking, swimming, skiing, and hiking with her dogs. She is an avid cook and an even better baker. She unapologetically states that while her passion for balanced nutrition leads her to enjoy tofu and chickpeas, she will never give up her home-baked M&M cookies. Dr. Harrington is passionate about helping her patients not only live long lives but also live healthier, longer lives.
