My appt was very short and also on zoom so I was unable to get the whole office experience but she was sweet heart and very personable but I decided not to go back because it was a language barrier

Dr. Kimble is great, but their lab doesn't take the same insurance as the office, which is really inconvenient if you need to get tests done because you have to schedule an appointment somewhere else, rather than having everything done in the same office. It's worth making sure their lab takes your insurance. Additionally, their billing department did not properly process the insurance, which has been a pain to take care of and sort out.
