Ms. Precious it’s exceptional at her phlebotomy skills. She was so gentle and professional that I honestly didn’t feel a thing from the beginning to the end of the blood draw! She made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable experience completely effortless.

About Dr. Christopher Costa
This is a PRIMARY CARE visit - not a specialist appointment (for example, dermatology, pediatrics, or obstetrics and gynecology).
Christopher Costa, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 20 years of clinical experience.
His clinical emphasis is the patient as a whole, acute and chronic diseases, preventative care, and patient education; focusing on listening to, understanding and explaining medical issues in a warm and personable manner.
He earned his medical degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) and completed postgraduate studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Dr. Costa underwent extensive residency training at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center/Montefiore, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, and Vidant Medical Center/East Carolina University.
A Fellow of the American College of Physicians and the Society of Hospital Medicine, Dr. Costa has a deep background in hospital medicine and transitional care, primarily at University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center.
Dr. Costa speaks English and is relatively proficient in Spanish. Outside of the office, he stays active with exercise and yard work, and he especially enjoys spending quality time with his family.
