As my pain management doc who referred me said, Dr Happ is not “knife happy” and proposed a minor procedure that should give me considerable relief, and explained why he didn’t think more major surgery would be needed. Bedside manner was excellent as he was friendly, asked many questions that aren’t already on the forms I’d already submitted, was the first to really grasp my issue, and clearly answered all my questions. In other words, he’s great!

Dr. Christopher Happ is a Board-Certified, Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Midwestern University, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he also completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery. Following residency, Dr. Happ completed a fellowship in Orthopedic Spine Surgery at the Texas Back Institute in Plano, Texas. Since 2014, he has been serving patients in Fort Worth and the surrounding areas. Dr. Happ focuses on treating the whole person and emphasizes conservative care for back and neck pain. When surgery is necessary, he employs the latest minimally invasive techniques. I’m not real sure about Dr. Happ. I saw him one time he was very quick though and just seem like they were hurting cattle. The office staff is horrendous and Jessica is a bear and Britney is miserable. I asked a couple of people a couple of times for the name of the office manager, and they’re not very willing to give it up. I will be contacting the manager and making a formal complaint. I have left the office and will not return very rude. Very hurried. I think they have too many clients. Are they trying to get too many they need to slow down and get your office staff in order if they have too much on their plates, causing their attitude, then hire someone else I knew the minute I walked in the door and hit Brittany at the desk, but I was not going to be happy there. I said to my husband well isn’t she pleasant? She needs to find another job and it just got worse from there. I’m stopping now because I’m out of room or I would continue.

I highly recommend Dr. Happ! I almost backed out of my appointment but I am so glad I didn't. I was seen right away and everyone was so nice and professional and Dr. Happ had already read my MRI which I was impressed about! They were ALL very good! GO SEE THEM!!!!

Dr Happ was very thorough and explained (and demonstrated with a spinal model) my lower back condition in a way I could easily visualize and understand. He is approaching my treatment plan on the conservative side rather than leaning toward surgery as his first choice. I highly recommend Dr Happ.

Dr and nurse was excellent however front desk was less than friendly and charged me even though I had met my deductible and total out of pocket expenses. Used ALL CAPS in correspondence via their app.

I was referred to this Dr by my dad. After searching the drs office on Google, I found that I could book my appt through Zocdoc, so I did. I was driving 4 hours for this appt. I was skeptical, but the appt went beautifully. No hiccups. Dr Happ was straight forward and a great listener. There was no wait upon arrival and everyone was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Zocdoc and Dr Happ!
