I earned my Doctor of Medicine from Howard University, completed my bachelor's degree at Duke University, and hold a Certificate in Forensic Psychiatry from the University of Virginia. My residency training includes Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Kentucky.

Dr. Schubert is an amazingly kind, empathic, insightful and intelligent psychiatrist.
I feel comfortable meeting with Dr. Schubert in person and on line.
Dr. Schubert manages medication and offers psychotherapy. There is no disconnect between a therapist and a psychiatrist.
I highly recommend Dr. Schubert to anyone seeking a psychiatrist.

Dr. Schubert was fantastic! I was nervous and anxious. His calm and friendly manner put me at ease quickly.
My long term psychiatrist is retiring soon. I quickly decided that Dr. Schubert was caring and empathetic and would be a wonderful replacement for the psychiatrist who is retiring.

Excellent experience with Dr Schubert. He was very professional, thorough and produced a detailed evaluation report for us in a timely manner. He provided some good sound recommendations which we will heed. My family cannot thank him enough for his services. I highly recommend him if you need psychiatric services especially children and adolescents.
