About Dr. Ciara Horgan

She has been a part of the Lowe Audiology team since July 2020 and also taught introduction to audiology courses to undergraduate students at Purdue Fort Wayne. Ciara is a member of ASHA and holds her CCC-A (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology). Her goal is to help all of her patients hear their best. She became a hearing care provider because she wanted to help people hear and communicate more easily. Her favorite part of working as a hearing care provider is seeing the positive impact hearing aids make in her patients’ relationships, attitude, and daily life. Outside of work, Ciara enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying out local restaurants, and spending summers at the lake. She is married to her husband Kevin and has two dogs, Lucy and Harvey. Ciara loves to learn more about cooking and trying new recipes. Her patients would describe her as patient, knowledgeable, and kind. A fun fact about Ciara is that she visited the National Acoustic Laboratory and Cochlear Headquarters in Australia where she learned from leading researchers how hearing aid and cochlear implant technology is created.
