From there, I develop a personalized care plan that may include psychotherapy, medication management, or a combination of approaches. Each session is structured to balance progress monitoring with open discussion, ensuring that care remains flexible and centered on the client’s evolving needs. I aim to create a steady and supportive process that promotes both short-term relief and long-term well-being
