“I had such an emotional experience during my visit, and I’m truly grateful for the care I received. I came in because my vision was really bothering me, especially in my left eye, and I honestly felt overwhelmed. The discomfort had been building.
Dr Cindy was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire visit. She didn’t rush me or dismiss what I was feeling—instead, she took the time to really listen. Even though I could see better when she tested me with glasses, she didn’t immediately jump to prescribing them. Instead, she thoughtfully explained that my eye was red and wanted to treat the underlying issue first before making any long-term decisions.
She prescribed drops and explained everything so clearly and thoroughly, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I truly appreciated how attentive and caring she was—it made a huge difference. I’ll definitely be going back for my follow-up in two weeks. It really meant a lot to feel heard, cared for.”
