“I made an appointment online for 1:15. I arrived at 1:10. I waited for over an hour because there were a lot of walk-ins before me. The whole point of an appointment and ZocDoc is to be seen when you have your appointment. I can understand some wait time, of course but they didn't take me in until 2:15. Obviously I was not feeling well and wanted to be seen as soon as possible, therefore I made an appointment. I fell asleep on the chair and the employee had to call my name several times before I woke up and was seen. A bit embarrassing. Thank you.”
