Claire Allen MS RDN LDN is a nutrition expert specializing in gastrointestinal diseases and disorders. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and her Master's in Nutrition Science from the University of Illinois, Chicago. For over four years, Claire has worked in a private outpatient gastroenterology clinic, focusing on dietary management of conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Crohn's disease, Celiac disease, Ulcerative Colitis (UC), Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE), Congenital Sucrase Isomaltase Deficiency (CSID), Gastroparesis, GERD, and low histamine diets. She enjoys partnering with patients to improve their quality of life and manage medical conditions through food. Claire meets patients where they are and provides an individualized approach to identifying food sensitivities, with the ultimate goal of liberalizing their diet as much as possible.
