About Dr. Clayton Toole

Clayton Toole, DPM, is an exceptional podiatrist at Foot and Ankle Specialists of The Woodlands in The Woodlands, Houston, and Huntsville, Texas. Born and raised in Huntsville, Texas, Dr. Toole grew up in a home of health care providers. He knew from an early age that he wanted to follow in their footsteps and provide care to those in need. Growing up in Huntsville, Dr. Toole attended and graduated from Huntsville High School and, subsequently, Sam Houston State University. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry. After graduation, Dr. Toole and his family moved to Cleveland, Ohio. He attended Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine, becoming a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in 2014. Always wanting to improve his knowledge and skills, he rotated through numerous health care systems and podiatric practices in Florida, Oklahoma, Missouri, Ohio, and the greater Houston area. Dr. Toole completed a three-year surgical residency at New York Community Hospital in Brooklyn, serving as Chief Resident. While in Brooklyn, he had the opportunity to treat a diverse patient population and see a vast array of foot and ankle ailments. He was also able to develop extensive surgical skills and provide both conservative and surgical care when appropriate. Dr. Toole enjoyed growing up in the Huntsville area. He knew he wanted to return to raise his family and serve in the community he'd been raised in. Clayton, his wife, Marci, and their three children currently reside in the Huntsville area. He loves spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, and golfing.
