“Dr. Sun is a very energetic and personable clinician. He has very active facial expressions that can sometimes come off as overly judgmental or create an uncomfortable environment, but once you understand that is just his default setting it is easy to move through your appointment. I'll admit, I would have preferred statements like "Tell me more about that..." or "It sounds like you might have concerns with X, is that right?" vs. an overly animated, skeptical stare down, but again, once you find that is just a quirk of his personality, it isn't as off-putting.
He is great at explaining how he thinks about your care, and is very clear that your health is not just a marker in time, but a constantly moving target that needs attention - he is determined to have his patients actively take part in their own care, and to speak up when something doesn't feel right.
I'm excited to continue my health journey with Dr. Sun.”

“I have been going to Dr. Sun for several years since I moved to Washington. He is very accessible, always responds quickly and spends way more time during the exam than any other doctor I’ve been to. I like that he does not send office staff in to take your vitals and ask preliminary questions; he does this himself so I know he has the right information/ answers. ”

About Dr. Clement Sun
I treat the whole person, not just symptoms or medical issues separately. To accomplish this, I minimize barriers to communication between my patients and myself and increase the time allotted for appointments. I endeavor to be the consummate physician, practicing concierge medicine without the concierge price—medicine the way it used to be. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Medical Branch, completed my residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Hawai‘i, and hold a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas, as well as a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
