“I had an excellent experience with the Hospital, the doctor, the nurse and the support staff.
I especially wanted to praise the daytime nurse, Clementine, who was in charge of my care immediately after getting out of surgery. She was very reassuring. She talked to me calmly and explained every time what she was about to do and why she was doing it. She always made sure I understood her and that she got my approval before proceeding with treatment. I especially liked how skillful she was when inserting the additional medicines into my IV, so I do not feel any pain. In addition, she was very knowledgeable about what I needed to do for fast post-surgery recovery. During those first few hours, her constant feedback and reassurance helped me recover quicker. I was able to leave the hospital within 72 hours. Thank you Clementine! ”

Clementine is a caring person. She took time to patiently listen to my concerns. She explained the care I needed in a simple and clear way that was easy for me to understand. I was feeling very anxious about my condition before meeting her, but after the visit, I felt relieved and much more at ease. Her kindness and reassurance made a big difference for me. I highly recommend her.
