I was really surprised with how we Dr. Vance presented himself. I felt like I could talk to him and he listened. He didn't berate me for smoking, only asked if he could be my "cheer leader" and impress upon me the advantages of stopping. He didn't make me feel bad like other doctors, but made me realize that ultimately it will be up to me to decide when. Some doctors make you feel like they have a "GOD" complex, but I felt he genuinely cares. I will try my best to listen to him and take his advice.
