Dr. Ashby earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Yale University School of Medicine and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Yale University, where she also served as Chief Resident of the Yale Primary Care Program before moving to Florida in 2009. With over 17 years of medical experience in Internal Medicine, Dr. Ashby founded Conscious Health?a space dedicated to disease prevention and reducing disease burden through lifestyle changes. Her board certification in Lifestyle Medicine enables her to help patients reverse certain chronic conditions, reduce reliance on multiple pharmaceuticals, and prevent chronic illness. Dr. Ashby is currently accepting new patients (Florida residents only) via video telehealth.
