“Dr Neumann is a fantastic doctor, but his expertise is overshadowed by the completely incompetent and deceptive front office staff. On more than one occasion, they have demanded immediate payment upon checkin. When I push back on this, lo and behold a “mistake” has been made, and no fees are due. Multiple times this has occurred. Today, they canceled my appt altogether and were exceedingly rude over it with no apology. I had 4 reminder texts in the last 24 hours about this appt, including at the time of appt asking if I’d arrived. Yes I had, but the incompetent grouch potatoes at the front prevented my child from receiving necessary healthcare today. This is all so upsetting because Dr Neumann is truly amazing, but I cannot get past these horrible women up front!”

About Dr. Colin Neumann
Dr. Colin Neumann grew up in Northern Kentucky but moved to Louisville for college where he played baseball at Bellarmine University. He then went on to receive his medical degree at the University of Louisville. Upon graduating from medical school, he completed his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Despite his time away from Louisville, he couldn’t wait to return home and practice all aspects of Otolaryngology in Louisville.
Dr. Neumann loves and embraces all aspects of Otolaryngology but a few of his favorite and expert areas are in treating thyroid and parathyroid disorders, sinus disease and their underlying allergies, endoscopic approaches to the anterior skull base, pediatric related head and neck disorders, as well as facial plastics procedures such as functional rhinoplasty and Mohs reconstruction.
Dr. Neumann and his wife, Sarah, are excited to be back in Louisville with their son Connor. During his free time, Dr. Neumann enjoys playing golf, cycling, and cheering on both the Bellarmine Knights and Kentucky Wildcats.

I had a great experience and even though I likely won’t need further care here myself, I’d recommend this office to others in a heartbeat. Everyone was kind, professional and knowledgeable. The office was clean and very quick to check me in and see me. Very pleasant experience.

I went to doctor Neuman for a second opinion on a diagnosis that I wasn't really sure about and he was very knowledgeable and made me feel 100% better than I did when I walked in that office and to me that's priceless! I believe he knows what he's talking about, has empathy for his patients and cares about how they feel about their course of treatment. I will recommend him to everyone that needs a knowledgeable ENT with a specialty and thyroid conditions.
