About Colleen Clements

Acupuncture is my passion and my life. I am continually amazed by its elegance and power to heal the body, mind, and spirit. I specialize in Five Element theory, which focuses on one's nature or "Constitution" to restore balance. Trained at the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture with a Master's in Acupuncture, I am dedicated to seeing you for all that you are and helping remind you of the pure, beautiful being that lies at the heart of everyone. When you cure the spirit, the body follows. The body knows exactly what to do! Acupuncture is a holistic medicine that treats the entire body at once, including pain, emotional disturbance, hormonal imbalance, organ disorders, and a myriad of other illnesses. It touches the "Qi" or "vital force" of the body and reminds it how to flow properly again. Five Element Acupuncturists use minimal needles-about the size of a strand of hair-and needles are typically inserted and retracted immediately after, not left in as in Traditional Chinese Medicine. We always stay with our patients, which reduces the risk of internal injury. I am also proficient in Chinese Herbs and Reiki, which wonderfully complement acupuncture. My main mission is to help as many people as possible. It truly brings me joy to bring healing into others' lives.
