Additionally, I assist individuals dealing with grief, trauma, and relationship challenges. My communication style In my sessions, I strive to create a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment. I listen actively, validate feelings, and encourage open dialogue. Education: I completed a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University Texas. This provided foundational knowledge about human health, human behavior, cognition, and mental health. 2. Graduate Studies: I pursued a master’s degree in psychiatric mental health discipline. During this time, I gained specialized training in assessment, therapy techniques, and research. 3. Clinical Training: I participated in supervised clinical internships or practicums. These hands-on experiences allowed me to work directly with the clients.
