What is your typical process for working with clients?
The first session is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we discuss your symptoms, history, and treatment goals in detail. From there, we build an individualized care plan that may include medication management, behavioral health strategies, or both. Follow-up appointments are scheduled to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed — always with your comfort and goals guiding the process.

She had openings the day of that I booked and she also called beforehand to be sure everything was ready for the appointment. There was no wait time at all and she was very comfortable to talk too . It feels like she does care even though it was only the first time speaking, she helped me with everything I needed I would definitely recommend seeing her !
