“I feel listened to. In the world where health care workers are pressured for quantity and not quality, it is difficult to get a provider who is not in a rush to get the patient out. I had one of my appointments with Dr Consola Esambe at the point when I didn’t feel like talking to anyone but knew that I needed to talk to someone. She was able to get me talking about my feelings and problems. Even when I knew that we had exceeded our appointment time. She didn’t tell me to wrap up and continued till next session. She stayed and actively listened to me and gave me hope even before the prescription.”

“I love my Dr and so happy LifeStance was found for me. I have struggled for many years and have never found a Dr. as good as mine with LifeStance! She is kind, funny and empathetic to our circumstances. She cares how we are doing with other health aspects of our lives. Truly am happy and the treatment is minimal compared to some Drs in the past and now I'm sleeping better at night. Thank you so much! ??”

I only took 10 minutes to do the check in, and the lady I was going to meet with called me and rudely said “well hurry up” then hung up. I get to the end of the check in, and with my insurance, there’s still a huge copay but they won’t let me say a number. INSANE. Never use this, it’s a waste of money and time. Use Atrium or any big company that actually takes your insurance and concerns seriously.

The front desk staff are always so welcoming and kind. I see Dr. Consola Esambe Lobwede, and she is the most relatable and caring doctor I have ever seen.

New to the State. Very pleasant experience. I really like the Staff super king people. It’s also great to have a psychiatrist and a counselor in the same office so you’re not going to different places makes the whole process much simpler great job everyone
