The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable, we were not waiting long at all. Only problem, we did not get the script called in, had to remind them.

I rarely review, but this is a must.
#1 there were ants crawling all over the floor of the patient room I was in.
#2 I left with no answers, and was rushed out of my visit due to another emergency happening. Which I understand, but feel I should have been able to leave with a better understanding of the issue I was having.
#3 the medical assistant let out a massive sigh every time she saw a new patient coming in, or heard the bell ring that a new patient entered the facility. Unpleasant, appeared to hate her job. And I left feeling worse than when I arrived. Don’t go here.

I had an appointment, got there and was told it will take two hours extra to wait!!!
What’s the point of having an appointment then?!
Never recommend this practice and will never visit again. What a waste of time..

Check-in was quick and hassle free. Wait was approximately 5 minutes before I was called to the back. I was in and out very quickly and was satisfied with my experience at this clinic.

The entire staff was awesome from the front desk to the PA, Susan McLaren. Have visited the office a few times in the past...never been disappointed.

They took people without an appointment before me. I was there over an hour. I waited 40 minutes to go into the room. Needed the restroom, an employee was putting her makeup on. So frustrating she should have done it at home. The PA needed something from her staff, they ignored her. Very disappointing and unacceptable.
