Beware! I was double-charged like an ER visit by WestStreet Urgent Care and Beaumont/Corewell Hospital. Even after insurance, I owed a couple hundred and received no prescriptions. On top of that, PA-Jaclyn Miscovich had a terrible bedside manner. I would not recommend this facility.

Tammy was great! I was seen right away, and she was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Her efficiency and the quality of care she provided would absolutely make me return to this urgent care.

I came early and they took me in 10 minutes early. Ashley was a great provider. Great bedside manner and gave me time to explain how I was feeling and my concerns. I also needed to move my prescription to a different pharmacy and the office staff was very responsive and helpful when I called.

This was an excellent experience for the medical issue of my concern. I would recommend this facility to my friends. The ZocDoc experience was not smooth, easy or uneventful. There were too many instances of "start over and put in the same information" for my taste. There were too many redirects to additional websites and downloading an apps for my phone.
The service from Corwell Health Urgent Care was top notch.

She was friendly but not very helpful. An obvious abscess in the cheek and lip was explained as a cold sore. Had to ask for antibiotics to keep infection from getting out of control.
We will try another urgent care facility next time.
