Resection was very unfriendly, not willing to help. My appointment was for 2pm, but people with no appointments were seen before me. After an hour and 15 minutes, receptionist told me that I have to wait at least another 45 minutes. The appointment I made in advance meant nothing .

Worst place on earth. My appointment was at 1:30 and we weren’t taken back until almost 4:30. That is absolutely unacceptable. We walked in and were told they were 40 mins behind. 3 hours later we were still waiting. Finally we were taken and X-rays done. Waited another 20 mins for doctor to even come back to see us. What a ridiculous place and there were only 5-6 people there for other appointments. Terrible communication and liars.

I set an appointment and showed up 5 mins early. They said the wait would still be 90 mins. What is the point of an appt? So I left and made an appt at a competitor on the way there. I was in and out there within 13 mins bc I made an appt. They will be my first contact moving forward.

No doctor on the premises. The Physician's assistant wasn't helpful at all. The nice nurse took my vitals. The receptionist was patient and friendly.

I personally would never go back to see this provider - Faiha Yaldo. She’s rude and has absolutely no manners. Didn’t knock before coming in the room and didn’t introduce herself just asked “what brings you in” then when I told her she gave extreme attitude. Again, Faiha Yaldo is the WORST provider at this urgent care and doesn’t actually care about the patients.
