I made my appointment prior to arrival. I confirmed texts on zocdoc. I was in the system with prior visits. Was told Zocdoc doesn’t cross to their system when I arrived. They would send me a text and I would have to register on my phone. Never got the text. Waited 15 minutes . This same thing happened on a prior visit. This is so frustrating. It takes longer to register on my phone
