I made an appt for 2:45pm. Got there and was told it would be a two hour wait. Even with an appt. I asked and the rude office said doesn’t matter if you have appt.
Wasn’t going to wait around in a room full of sick people. That’s why I made an appt

The team was excellent..very caring and professional. The office is clean, modern and spacious. My wait was about 10 minutes; I appreciate that they were available on a Saturday morning. I will definitely recommend this office to others.

I was feeling as bad as I ever have. I went for covid and flu testing as I thought I may have both! Staff was excellent, the nurse assistants were patient and understanding with me, explained all that was being done, were thorough in my exam.
I had a nasty stomach bug that affected my balance, gave me a headache and made me nauseous. They were the right people at the right time. Thank you!

I booked with Zocdoc but when I got to Urgent Care they knew nothing about me. They said they do not get notifications from you. Well then why are you on their website. I had to repeat all forms and identification. This is not an efficient use of my time or theirs.
