Some feel completely burned out and overwhelmed, while others are struggling to manage their mood or just don’t feel like themselves anymore. Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’m here to support you. I believe in meeting my clients where they're at in life. We’ll work together to understand what’s been going on and create a treatment plan that fits your life, your goals, and what you actually need to start feeling better. I provide telehealth appointments across Arizona. I take a collaborative approach, which means we work through things together. Medication can be a helpful tool when it’s needed, but it’s not the only piece of the process. We’ll also focus on building and strengthening coping skills so you feel more confident day to day.
